Rates
Rates are based on season, day of week, and double occupancy, taxes not included. For single occupancy subtract $10 per night. Full breakfast and evening dessert/refreshments are included.
Rooms
All 3 rooms have queen size, vintage four-poster beds:

• $120 per night (Sunday – Thursday);
• $130 on weekends (Friday & Saturday) and in October.
• The two-room suite with shared bathroom is $200 per night.
Minimum Stays: All weekends in May and October, and 3-day holiday weekends (Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc.) require a 2-night minimum stay.
• Weekdays = Sunday - Thursday
• Weekends = Friday & Saturday
• 2 night stay required on weekends
• 1 night only may be booked on weekends if space is available 1 day prior to date, please call
• All rates are plus 11% tax
Policies
Cancellations: A credit card number is required to confirm a reservation. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice before arrival date will result in a one night's room rental charge being processed against the credit card as a cancellation fee. "No shows" (no call or email) will be charged the full amount of the reserved stay (1 night, 2 nights, etc.). Voice mail cancellations are not considered confirmed. We are sorry, but due to our limited number of rooms and the cost of preparing for your visit, we must adhere strictly to this policy unless the room can be rebooked.
Payments: Cash, personal and traveler's checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted as payment.
Check-In and Check Out Times: Check-in is from 3:00 - 9:00 pm. Please telephone us if you are delayed in route or need to change your check-in time. Checkout time is 11:00 am.
Children over the age of 12 are welcome.
Please note: For the comfort of all guests, smoking and pets are not permitted. Two cats, Gus and Aslan, reside at the B&B but are not allowed in guest rooms. Active duty military: We enthusiastically offer a discount of 10% to active service military; just mention this while making your reservation.
